Dr. Allen taught a two-day course on February 18th and 20th, 2014 to leaders in several organizations and companies in Watertown, NY through the Extended Learning program for professionals at the Jefferson Community College. The focus was on identifying core personality strengths, core values, purpose and mission and to learn how to leverage these effectively in leadership roles, as well as to identify and correct for potential blind spots. Comments from participants included “This was a fantastic workshop and very helpful to my growth as a supervisor!” and “Many classes are informative; this class was enlightening! Thank you!”
