A better understanding of how we can all work together

As a small company with limited money and time to spend on training our staff, we anguished over whether we should spend precious resources on investments in “soft skills.” We concluded that our culture is our most important asset—and the very hardest thing to maintain as we grow.

We were so fortunate to find Chris Allen, who immersed us in a full day of engaging learning about personality styles. Everyone had a great time and learned more about themselves and each other.
