Insight Business Works, Inc. coach Dr. Tanya Williamson is a Positive Intelligence® coach offering a 6-week program that is beneficial for teams and individuals.
In this evidence-based program, you will build a foundation of leadership and wellness by strengthening the balance of power from your Inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your Inner Sage (your positive self).
Program Overview
Participants in the 6-week program will commit to watching a 1-hour video once per week and doing a total of 15 minutes per day of a mindful practice guided by the Positive Intelligence® app exclusively designed for this program. In addition, you are asked to listen to the first 8 chapters of the Positive Intelligence® book provided for you on the app.
In sum, the book provides a research foundation and introduces the tools while the video guides you through experiential exercises to personalize the tools to your personality and needs. Tanya meets with you weekly (30 minutes) individually or in a group of 3-5 others over the course of the 6 weeks.
Positive Intelligence has many applications beyond improving leadership and wellness. For example, you are able to apply what you learn to improve relationships, decrease overall stress, improve parenting, and improve creativity.
Research shows Positive Intelligence brings more happiness to individuals, which results in greater productivity, improved relationships, and greater peace of mind.
What Makes The Positive Intelligence®️ Program Different
Focus on Habit Formation
Most trainings result in short-lived improvements. For sustained results, we focus on building neural pathways that form lasting new habits. That’s why we call this “mental fitness”.
Treat Root Cause, not Symptoms
Our factor analysis research has revealed the foundational root-level enablers and disablers of optimal performance and wellbeing. We rewire the brain at the root cause level.
Develop all 3 Core Muscles
Mental fitness requires 3 core muscles. Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command, and Sage. Meditation only focuses on Self-Command, which is why it is not sustained by most.
Breakthrough Research
The breakthrough contribution of Positive Intelligence®️ research is through factor analysis to discover the core factors that impact both performance and wellbeing. This research revealed that there are only 10 negative response factors (10 Saboteurs) and only 5 positive response factors (5 Sage powers).
Discovering these root-level factors of performance and wellbeing dramatically simplifies personal and professional development. Intercepting one’s Saboteur and activating one’s Sage automatically results in a wide array of impacts including stress management, relationship improvement, performance, selling and persuasion, creativity, leadership, resilience, and happiness.
This is because we are rewiring the brain at the root level rather than treating symptoms.

The 6-Week Foundation Program
Build your foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
Week 1
Self-Command Muscle
Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Week 2-3
Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.
Week 4-6
Sage Muscle
You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.
