When coaching a client with entrepreneurial anxiety, a key insight I share is that every founder of even wildly successful companies started exactly where they are: at the beginning! Learning to trust your ideas and passion and translate them into purposeful action requires staying focused on the goals and believing that you are “enough,” as Bréne Brown puts it. Overfocusing on oneself is a distraction.
