Kathryn “Kathy” Adams has supported a broad range of organizations, both as a consultant and in leadership roles in corporate settings. Dubbed “organization troubleshooter” by her colleagues, Kathy is a savvy analyst of how human systems and individuals work—or don’t—in organizations large and small.

Since launching her consulting business in 2008, Kathryn Adams has provided organization development consulting, change management, leadership development, sales and marketing strategies, and learning system design to organizations of all types.

Kathy helps clients identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that will increase performance for individuals, teams, and organizations.  She loves being tapped to help unravel and solve difficult issues and set her clients on the path to success. She is committed to ensuring her work supports each client’s mission, vision, goals and business outcomes.

Kathy is based in Skaneateles, NY and works both locally and nationally.  She currently serves as a member of the Board of the WISE Women’s Business Center and is Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals for her local town.
