Dianne Rizzo, RN, PCC, TIPC
Executive Coach I Facilitator | Speaker
Dianne Rizzo is a leadership and executive coach specializing in personal and organizational leadership development. She brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, both as a practicing clinician and as the leader of multidisciplinary teams. This includes 12 years in Hospice and Palliative Care, where she guided teams through some of the most emotionally demanding work in medicine. That experience shapes how she coaches: with steadiness under pressure, deep presence, and a clear-eyed focus on what matters most.
Her evidence-based approach draws on principles from cognitive neuroscience, mindfulness, and resilience. She is skilled at designing and delivering coaching and consulting engagements that support and energize participants to take bold action.
An insightful, compassionate, and careful listener, Dianne puts her clients at ease with humor and unconditional positive regard, yet challenges them to grow. Her clients achieve success developing their teams, strengthening their communication, and learning to navigate toxic stress, uncertainty, and conflict. With her guidance, they lead more effectively, cultivate emotional intelligence and personal resilience, and accomplish their goals.
Dianne loves to see her clients take their work, leadership, and life to the next level — and thrive.
