10. End Meetings Early
There are many things employers can do, particularly role modeling healthy boundaries and self-care. In addition, one simple thing company leaders can do is have a policy of ending meetings five minutes before the hour or designated end time. This promotes healthy behavior at work, so people can get a drink of water, take a bio-break and/or talk with a co-worker, all of which are drivers of well-being.
