4. Establish Team Norms For High-Value Performance
In order for a group of talented performers to become a high-value-creating team, the team members must collectively develop team norms. These norms must include behaviors that help others on the team succeed and solve problems together and express how to engage stakeholders. Once norms are established, the leader must role model, enforce and reinforce these behaviors.
